Are you a small business owner? We will accompany you every step of the way, from the early days of business formation through buy/sell agreements, corporate governance, corporate reorganization, and business dispute resolution.The Public Advocate assists small business in planning and developing a business plan, obtaining necessary permits, and any other legal difficulties that arise once in business.
