The Public Advocate focuses on family law, consumer protection, class action, environmental protection, and other lawsuits which are in the public interest or have a broad, social impact.

In addition, we provide a wide range of legal services, including representation in domestic relations matters, mediation and arbitration, and estate planning. 

Except for major cases, the attorneys at The Public Advocate generally confine their practice to matters in Washington State.
